How much our memoir writing services cost?
We agree upon our plans and a budget during our initial free consultation. Together, we’ll decide the scope of the story, the individuals and meetings to be involved, and the timeframe and outcome you prefer. Our travel and material expenses will be discussed and charged separately.

What geographical area we cover?
We provide memoir writing services and workshops primarily in DuPage, Kane, and Cook Counties of Illinois, including the towns of Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, St. Charles, Geneva, and the surrounding suburbs. We are willing to discuss meeting your needs in any United States location.

Whether we offer gift certificates?
Yes, provided that recipients are interested in the process of discussing their lives. Should your loved one be offered a Living Story as a gift, we will schedule an initial meeting. If she/he prefers not to proceed, you will have no financial obligation.

If we work with couples?
Yes, covering both their individual lives and their life together.

How long our projects take, start to finish?
We can usually complete a Living Story within 30 days if the client is available to meet several times, provide key photographs and collaborate on the document in a timely manner. At the beginning of the project, we will establish a timetable with which we have mutual comfort.

What the client needs to do or provide in advance?
For individuals and couples, a deposit expresses the commitment to start. We will then schedule and begin the interviews process. As preparation, the individual should begin thinking about his or her clearest memories and why they are important. For organization representatives, we will prepare a letter of commitment to the date(s), place, time, and fee, along with a description of the participating group and the program's objectives. Once the letter is signed, work will begin.
